Hi there! My name is Jessica and I’ve specialized in peer to peer ptsd counseling on the side for 8 years with my minor in psychology. I’m far from a therapist by any means but I think it granted me a unique understanding of myself and my own journey through trauma and healing. I really enjoy being there for other people and hopefully helping to facilitate growth, change and some humor and light.
